  • Woodcroft Shana Dugdale

    Dr Shana Dugdale

    Clinical Director

    MA MVB PhD ISFMAdvCert(FB) PGDip(CAB) MRCVS

    Shana graduated from University College Dublin in 2007, having already read Zoology at Cambridge. She joined Broken Cross in July 2024 as Clinical Director after having spent 8 years as a Senior Vet at Woodcroft Vets. Before joining Woodcroft, Shana worked as a small animal vet in general practice in Hertfordshire and Cheshire and also spent time volunteering at a charitable veterinary clinic in Thailand. She has a specific interest in animal behaviour and has recently completed a post graduate certificate in the discipline.

    Karen

    Veterinary Nurse

    RVN

    Karen began her career at a local animal sanctuary and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1999. She joined us in 2011, and loves getting to work with our friendly team. She lives with her husband and their dogs and cats, and has many hobbies, including running, sailing, gardening and cheering on her husband at motorsport events.

    Andrea

    Veterinary Nurse

    RVN

    Andrea has been a registered veterinary nurse for decades and loves all aspects of the job, especially supporting new puppies. She has a shih tzu called Rosie and a hamster called Sprinkles, and spends most of her spare time transporting her children to their various clubs and taking her dog on long walks.

    Tina

    Veterinary Nurse

    RVN

    Tina qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 1988 and initially joined us as a locum, but decided to stay once she found out how lovely everyone was. She loves handing out treats to our patients, and holds a certificate in feline nursing. When she’s not working, she enjoys seeing friends, watching live music and looking after her own cats.
